New 2008 models
Every year we closely monitor
international market trends and do a lot of research and development into
creating new models with better prefabrication techniques.
In 2006 the introduction
of our unique, simple, screw and bolt installation system was a great
success and has been getting excellent feedback from all of our clients.
We have all witnessed the
increasing trend in the furniture industry to modern, minimalist styles
which in 2007 we have incorporated into our gazebos, pavilions and
prefabricated wooden houses.
Currently (2008) we are
combining Balinese traditional building systems with modern yet simple
construction techniques to produce unique high-class structures.
Please check out some pictures

Modern prefabricated Bali house New ridge capped roof system
This is a new version of our best selling balinese pavilion (BG06 canvas roof model).
Jet black finishing and a red sunbrella canvas roof blended with traditional Bali style post carvings.
Due to large interest in Bali style garages we developed this simple yet attractive carport.
This unique bungalow design was developed due to increasing demand for modern building structures yet ones still retaining traditional Balinese characteristics.
We have slightly altered the roof angle of this standard Bali gazebo and used our new black colored ridge cap system to give this gazebo a modern aroma.
We have also used a new wood carved post design- geckos with traditional Bali flowers to add individual character to this gazebo. This pavilion was initially designed for the German market.
Simple railings and two sets of entry steps combined with traditional Balinese flower engraved wood carved posts and our new modern ridge capped roof and crown really give this pavilion a modern yet traditional charm. This traditional Bali thatch gazebo has been finished in jet black.Thick square angular railings and steps have been added giving this gazebo a modern aroma.
This prefabricated house has been finished in jet black colour and large tinted glass windows were used.
Square wall panneling and doors also add to this house's minimalist feel yet one still retaining familiar Balinese characteristics. Minimalistic exteriors call for modern interior designs.
Notice how all the furniture and lighting blend perfectly with the houses modern characteristics. Traditional indonesian shingle roofing looks great for decoration of ridges.
However sometimes shingle ridges are prone to breakage during shipment so we have developed this new extremely durable ridge cap system.
Solid wood is used which is screwed directly onto the roof's ridges at destination.
Available in a number of styles and adds unique character to the house or pavilion.
