Do you have a minimum quantity for an order?

We do not impose a minimum order quantity.

We are happy to manufacture for small private orders to large commercial projects.

How do I make an order?

After receiving an enquiry we will provide order details, process times and prices. Once this has been agreed upon we will require the initial payment to start preparing the order (please refer to our payment terms and conditions).

How long will it take for you to prepare my order?

The amount of time needed to prepare your order will depend on the size and nature of the order.

Production time is up to 1 week for small pavilions and gazebos.

Larger prefabricated houses may take up to 2 months for us to manufacture depending on their size and design specifications.

How long will the shipping take?

Delivery time for orders sent via shipping will depend on the final destination and the quantity of the order. For example a "20" container will take approximately 18 days to reach Tokyo, Japan and around 30 days to reach Southampton, UK.

Smaller orders will have to be sent via LCL( less than a container load). Shipment via LCL usually takes longer because your order must wait at the Indonesian port until the shipping company fills the container with other crates going in the same direction. A shipment via LCL will take approximately 25 days to reach Tokyo, Japan and around 45 days to reach Southampton, UK.

When preparing an order we will notify the customer about the best way to transport his consignment and transport times involved.

How much will the shipping cost?

This again depends on the final destination and the quantity of the order involved. For example total costs for shipping a "20" container to Tokyo, Japan are  approx USD 2000 and for Southampton, UK, USD 3100.

Shipping via LCL, (less than a container load), to Tokyo, Japan costs approx USD 195 per M3 and to Southampton, UK costs USD 265 per M3.

When we receive your order, we will notify you on the cost of shipping it. If you can get a better shipment rate at your end we are happy to use your agent, but most of the time we are able to find better cargo rates here. We don't make any profit on cargo related expenses.

Do you guarantee the products you sell?

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of all our wooden houses, gazebos and pavilions.

What are your payment terms and conditions?

After confirmation of your order we require a 50% deposit sent via telegraphic transfer to our bank. The balance, the final 50%, and the shipping cost will be required when your goods are ready to be delivered.

Do you accept credit card or letter of credit payment?

Credit card payment is only accepted directly at our office in Bali.

For new clients we do not accept letter of credit payment.

We are happy to negotiate terms of letter of credit payment with regular customers.

Are you able to produce custom orders?

Due to different countries having differing building regulations nearly all our prefabricated wooden houses are custom made based on architectural plans and specifications provided by our clients.

What services are included in your price?

Our prices are all ex-factory unless stated otherwise and do not include packaging, transport and shipping costs.

How do you ensure quality?

Only the highest grade of timber is used in the manufacture of all our prefabricated pavilions and houses. We always keep a large stock of quality hardwood at our factory at all times.

All our structures are built by highly competent tradesmen and every stage of production is closely monitored by our engineers.

A combination of traditional Asian and contemporary Western construction techniques are used, creating a high strength structure, yet one that is very simple to re-construct at its final destination.

Where does the wood used to make your buildings come from?

All our timber has been selected from "environmentally friendly" government approved Indonesian companies. They assist in preservation of the tropical rainforests by funding plantation nurseries and only logging trees in government approved zones.

We have all the paperwork to prove where our timber originates from and are totally against illegal logging and its costly environmental consequences.

Are you able to supply architect plans?

Architect plans are provided with most of our gazebo and pavilion range.

For our prefabricated wooden houses we are happy to work under the direction of any architects that a client may nominate. We coordinate the design of the structure with the architect and engineer to minimize site cost and maximize pre fabrication.

How do I reassemble my prefabricated building?

All pre fabricated structures are supplied with detailed re-assembly instructions.

Professional help and carpenters are needed to re-construct  all of our wooden houses.

If required we can send out "on site" supervision or even a team of carpenters, who are already familiar with the structure, to work together with the client's local workers to facilitate re-erection.

All of our smaller gazebo and pavilion range (2-3m) can be assembled by two strong people (minimum). Professional  help is suggested but not required.

How long will my building take to assemble?

Approximate assembly time for our smaller gazebo and pavilion range (2-3m) is between 4-6 hours without site preparation.

Prefabricated houses may take up to a week to assemble depending on size, number of floors and manpower.
